    As a budding business owner navigating my way with Nay-Lilly Designs, I realize more and more how  important customer service is in building a brand. Not only is being nice important but it requires being genuinely nice to others. If goes undone the deed will show up to bite you later. I find it hard to patronize someone’s business when they have poor customer service and are just plain ol’ rude. Don’t you?
